In 2013, sisters Sherri Krenk and Shannon Torchia combined their extensive experience in promotional products and marketing to launch Brandaways.

Sherri Krenk – Founder & CEO 

Before founding Brandaways, Sherri built a successful career with a major online marketing and promotional merchandising company, where she served as National Sales Manager. In addition to receiving the Rising Star Award, she was honored with the Tommy Joyce Memorial Award, which recognizes an iPROMOTEu affiliate who exemplifies positive and contagious energy.

Sherri specializes in designing custom uniforms for large corporations, and her portfolio also includes several of Nashville's most iconic bars and restaurants within its thriving hospitality scene. Her creativity, quick responsiveness, and attention to detail have made her an invaluable resource to the marketing and merchandise teams she works with.

 

Shannon Torchia – Founder & President

Shannon brings a wealth of experience in customer service and sales, with a proven track record of success. Her outgoing personality made the transition to sales a natural fit, and she quickly became a top performer at a leading online promotional firm before founding Brandaways.

Known for her enthusiasm and passion, Shannon approaches every project with boundless energy and a relentless drive to succeed. Her dedication is not only reflected in her work but in the strong relationships she’s built with clients across the country. As a Platinum Ambassador for the Nashville Convention & Visitors Center, Shannon continues to connect people and businesses.

 

Conner Krenk – Brand Ambassador/Sales

Conner joined the Brandaways team in 2018 after earning his BS in Business and Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University.

With a keen understanding of the trends driving younger demographics, Conner brings valuable insights into how to connect with this audience. He also stays on the cutting edge of marketing strategies, making him a key player in introducing Brandaways to new industries and organizations.

Conner thrives on building relationships, and he’s always eager to meet new people and discover ways to help them promote their brand. Passionate about the power of promotional products, he excels at crafting creative, custom campaigns and measuring their success. His fresh ideas and forward-thinking approach are key assets to both Brandaways and its clients.

 

Jan Robinson – Account Executive/Sales 

Jan joined the Brandaways team in 2017 after retiring from a distinguished 35+ year career in Educational Sales and Marketing. She calls this her “Encore Career” and enjoys bringing her extensive experience into the dynamic and creative world of promotional products. With her deep understanding of the Boomer Years demographic, she is a go-to expert in connecting brands with this important audience.

Jan holds both a BS and an MEd in Education. After a brief teaching career with MNPS, she transitioned into business, eventually building and selling a local company in 1996. For the past 20 years, she served as a Regional Sales Leader for a $300M education corporation, where she led sales teams across ten Southeastern states and consistently generated over $30M in annual revenue.

 

Mikelle Bazinet - Account Executive/Sales 

Mikelle Bazinet joined the Brandaways team in 2023, bringing her vibrant personality and a unique background in entertainment. Growing up as a entertainer, Mikelle’s natural charisma and ability to connect with people have made her a friend to everyone she meets.

With an eye for the latest trends and a passion for marketing, Mikelle thrives on staying ahead of the curve in the fast-paced world of promotional products. Her energy, creativity, and enthusiasm infuse everything she does, helping clients achieve success through innovative and impactful campaigns. Whether working with long-time clients or forging new partnerships, Mikelle’s commitment to excellence and her genuine love for helping others make her an invaluable member of the Brandaways team.

 

Carey Smith – Strategic Account Manager

Carey is an experienced accounting professional who joined Brandaways in November 2023. With years of experience as a financial technician for a local government agency, she brings a deep understanding of accounting processes and a keen attention to detail to her role. Carey is responsible for managing various aspects of Brandaways' accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer orders.

In addition to her accounting duties, Carey actively supports the sales team with marketing and sales efforts. Known for her willingness to go above and beyond, she combines her technical expertise with an outgoing personality, making her a valued team member and a key contributor to Brandaways' success.

 

Angela Oxford - Account Executive/Sales 

Angela joined the Brandaways team in 2024, bringing over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Accounting within the construction and manufacturing industries. With a strong foundation in employee engagement and performance management, Angela excels at fostering lasting relationships and delivering results that consistently exceed expectations.

Passionate about connecting with clients and helping them succeed, Angela is eager to drive growth through collaboration and innovative solutions.
